Qualifications

• 15–20 years in IT infrastructure / data center operations
• 5–8 years in a senior lead or equivalent role
• Experience operating globally distributed data center services
• Proven track record leading operations and major incidents
• Depth across the full stack
• Experience using automation and scripting
• Comfortable in a large, matrixed global organization
• Relevant certifications valued

Responsibilities

• Own operational health and availability of edge estate
• Lead major-incident response and resolution
• Set and enforce operational standards and runbooks
• Act as senior technical escalation point
• Translate operational reality into clear reporting for leadership
• Drive automation and self-healing into operations
• Partner with modernization and refresh workstreams
