Job summary
Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own the Kubernetes-native foundation for New Integration Products, focusing on architecture and team leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years owning production infrastructure at a startup or scale-up
- Experience with cloud-managed and self-hosted Kubernetes
- Secure cross-environment networking experience
- Modular design for Infrastructure as Code
- Production experience with Apache Kafka
- OIDC/RBAC identity provider experience
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines
- OpenTelemetry deployment patterns
- Ability to set technical direction and defend architecture choices
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Own Kubernetes-native foundation for New Integration Products
- Build and lead a team as the company scales
- Focus on architecture, write Terraform, configure clusters, debug Kafka brokers
