• Hands-on experience with major storage ecosystems
• Solid Linux fundamentals
• Scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash
• Experience with observability stacks
• Incident management skills
• Practical AI/data skills for operations

Responsibilities

• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure analysis and design documentation
• Apply AI-assisted practices in delivery and automation routines
• Improve SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and operational excellence for storage services
• Lead incident response for storage outages and performance degradations
• Create and maintain runbooks and standardized operational procedures
• Enhance block/file/object storage platforms in on-prem and cloud environments
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and resiliency testing
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, OS, database, and application teams
• Build automation for provisioning, patching, upgrades, and compliance checks
• Implement AI-driven observability and AIOps
