Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Infrastructure engineering concepts
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as hardware, networking, databases, and automation
- Knowledge of specific infrastructure technology and scripting languages
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in infrastructure workflows
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations
Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects
- Drive workstreams or projects in infrastructure engineering technologies
- Architect and implement changes to resolve issues and modernize technology processes
- Execute creative solutions for design, development, and troubleshooting
- Manage stakeholder relationships and team work in compliance with standards
- Partner with engineering and product teams for issue remediation and product improvement
