Job summary
The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will deliver and manage high-quality infrastructure services, focusing on Windows server and VMware. This role involves leading a team, overseeing projects, and ensuring alignment with business needs while providing expert guidance in architectural solutions.

Qualifications
- Experienced senior infrastructure specialist with comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server
- Experience in supporting, maintaining, administering and building VMware ESXi infrastructure
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach others
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage high-quality infrastructure services across the full product lifecycle
- Provide expert guidance in the design and development of architectural solutions
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure-focused services to the organisation, its partners, and end users
- Oversee programmes and projects
