Qualifications
- Experience managing individuals and guiding cross-discipline teams using Agile frameworks
- Experience contributing to a cloud strategy with mixed maturity teams
- Experience delivering large-scale cloud solutions in regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical direction to multiple DevOps teams
- Establish and enforce DevOps standards and procedures
- Guide, mentor, and upskill team members
- Design and architect secure, cost-effective services
- Implement and automate infrastructure
- Own the service journey from concept to live deployment
- Provide technical guidance for live service resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
