Job summary
The Lead Platform Engineer for F&B Technologies at Four Seasons is responsible for the technical architecture and platform ownership of the global Food & Beverage technology ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise hospitality technology platforms
- 5+ years of experience with POS and Food & Beverage technologies
- Experience in global-scale technology deployments
- Preferred hospitality industry experience
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for the global F&B technology ecosystem
- Define platform architecture standards for POS, Restaurant Reservations, Mobile Ordering, and Table Management Systems
- Design scalable and secure platform solutions for global hotel operations
- Serve as the corporate point of contact for urgent core hotel systems issues
- Lead the design and governance of APIs and system integrations
