Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and evolution of LOCP platform capabilities.
• Build, enhance, and maintain platform services using Infrastructure as Code.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
• Champion Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve reliability and scalability.
• Implement service observability through metrics, logging, and operational tooling.
• Support incident analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Act as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Partner with teams to deliver platform capabilities aligned with business needs.
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
• Operate effectively within agile delivery models.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Drive high quality engineering standards including testing and documentation.
