Job summary
Manage and enhance Microsoft technology platforms and critical business systems supporting secure, compliant services for internal teams and customers. Develop automation and reporting, optimise security monitoring, support service and client onboarding, and troubleshoot complex issues. Contribute to solution design, service reviews and security compliance using technologies including Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics, KQL and PowerShell.

Qualifications
- Skills in Azure, Microsoft 365, SIEM or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, KQL, PowerShell or Power Platform.
- Security-related or Microsoft certifications such as SC-200, AZ-500, SC-900, AZ-900, PL-900 or PL-400.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Microsoft technology platforms.
- Develop automation solutions and reporting.
- Optimise security monitoring platforms.
- Support onboarding of services and clients.
- Maintain business systems, licences, certificates and asset registers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, solution design and technology development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Engage with customers.
- Contribute to service reviews, project delivery and security compliance.
