Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the architecture and integration of a core software platform for robotics and defense systems, focusing on Linux-based systems.

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of experience in systems engineering or embedded Linux
• strong proficiency in C/C++ and/or Rust
• deep understanding of modern GNU/Linux systems
• experience with native build systems like CMake, Bazel, or Ninja
• understanding of distributed software systems and middleware
• degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• design, maintain, and improve the Linux-based software platform
• own and evolve native build systems and release processes
• collaborate on system integration with engineers
• develop expertise in communication middleware and software architectures
• support cross-compilation workflows and embedded Linux environments
• establish best practices for software integration and testing
