The Lead QA Automation Engineer is tasked with defining and implementing the test automation strategy for enterprise loan servicing applications, focusing on mission-critical platforms. Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience leading manual and automated testing programs for large, complex enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium-based frameworks and at least one programming language.
- Experience developing test automation strategies covering functional, regression, smoke, sanity, API, and performance testing.
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD and engineering tools.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and performance testing tools such as JMeter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise test automation strategy aligned with software development, quality engineering, and business objectives.
- Design scalable automation frameworks and test suites for regression, smoke, sanity, API, mobile, and performance testing.
- Establish automation success metrics and measure automation effectiveness.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Partner with product, development, architecture, and business teams to prioritize automation and drive continuous process improvements.
