Responsibilities include leading resiliency design reviews, mentoring engineers, and utilizing AI capabilities for incident management and operational data handling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security
• Understanding of programming languages such as: Python, Java/Spring Boot, .Net
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted operational recommendations
• Strong understanding of Linux
• Proficient knowledge in observability
• Proficient with CI/CD practices and tooling
• Proficient with container and container orchestration
• Experience with troubleshooting common networking technologies

Responsibilities

• Models and champions site reliability culture and practices
• Leads initiatives to improve the reliability and stability of applications
• Drives collaboration to identify service level indicators and objectives
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for major-incident triage
• Serves as the main point of contact during major incidents
• Offers a high level of technical expertise and mentorship
• Leads reuse-first adoption of AI-assisted reliability workflows
