The Lead Site Reliability Engineer focuses on enhancing the reliability of enterprise-scale platforms through automation, tooling, and observability. Responsibilities include engineering production software, defining SLIs and SLOs, and leveraging AI throughout the software development lifecycle to improve operational efficiency and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Engineer reliability into enterprise-scale platforms by writing production software
• Build systems around declarative, intent-based design
• Treat data as a first-class reliability asset
• Define and operationalize SLIs and SLOs with stakeholders
• Own services end-to-end
• Share an on-call rotation and act as a technical leader during major incidents
• Drive down toil measurably through automation and better engineering
• Work AI-native across the SDLC
• Decompose ambiguous reliability problems into clear, executable work
• Set reliability standards and raise the engineering bar
• Apply security and operational-risk judgment throughout the engineering lifecycle
