• Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry collectors
• Ability to collaborate across different levels and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Champion site reliability culture and practices
• Lead initiatives to improve application reliability and stability
• Collaborate to establish service level objectives and error budgets
• Identify and solve technology-related bottlenecks
• Act as main contact during major incidents
• Document and share knowledge within the organization
• Design and maintain operational reliability for Opentelemetry pipelines
• Support telemetry ingestion and processing
