• Programming skills in Python, Java, or Kotlin
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Comfortable interacting with traders and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Engage with traders to understand workflows and reliability priorities
• Act as an engineering partner ensuring system stability and performance
• Support live trading environments with incident response and analysis
• Contribute to the codebase for reliability improvements and automation
• Lead design and rollout of modern SRE patterns
• Drive improvements in latency and stability of trading applications
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting tools
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams for reliability
