Job summary

The Lead Site Reliability Engineer is essential for enhancing the reliability and stability of applications and platforms within the Enterprise technology, Infrastructure Platforms team. This role involves leading major incident responses, architecting automation with Python, Shell, and Ansible, and providing technical leadership across SD-WAN and network security. Additionally, the engineer utilizes AI capabilities to optimize SRE workflows and ensure compliance with service level objectives.

• proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, enterprise system architecture
• fluent in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, .Net
• experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities

• proficient in observability
• proficient with continuous integration and delivery practices
