Job summary
Lead the reliability, scalability, and performance of a ~4,000 ATM fleet as the ATM Lead Site Reliability Engineer.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in ATM technology management or financial services technology
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and scripting
- Expertise in networking fundamentals and ITIL framework
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and financial transaction processing
Responsibilities
- Act as the final escalation point for critical outages and lead 24/7 incident response
- Lead strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives across ATM operations
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders for upgrade and operational change management
- Oversee end-to-end reliability of the ATM ecosystem ensuring 99.7% availability
- Manage deployment and pre-production systems for compliance with standards
- Coordinate implementation of new infrastructure, applications, and IT services
- Generate performance metrics and maintain regulatory compliance and security standards
- Serve as primary relationship owner for vendor services and internal technology teams
