Lead Software Engineer responsible for enhancing and delivering technology products within the Asset and Wealth Management Technology & Operations team.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and testing
• Expertise in Java, SpringBoot, Reactor.io
• Proficient in microservices and event-driven architecture
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Proficiency in software applications and technical processes
• Knowledge of financial services industry IT systems
• Cloud native experience

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices
• Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle tools
• Develop secure high-quality production code and review/debug code
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation of issues
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams
• Lead communities of practice in Software Engineering
