Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Minimum 7 years knowledge of C#, .NET, and PowerShell
- Experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows
- Experience with Windows platform engineering and automation
- Understanding of REST API design and system integration patterns
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Execute creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting
- Develop secure and high-quality production code
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices
- Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle tools
- Identify opportunities to automate remediation of issues
