Job summary
Lead Solution Cloud Architect with 12–15 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise cloud and data architectures in the Banking and Financial domain.
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of IT experience focused on cloud and data engineering
- 5+ years of experience architecting production solutions on AWS
- 3+ years of experience in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and distributed data processing frameworks
- Understanding of data modeling, data governance, and security practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and end-to-end automation
- Knowledge of cloud networking, VPCs, IAM, and security frameworks
Responsibilities
- Architect and design enterprise-grade cloud solutions leveraging AWS services
- Design Databricks Lakehouse solutions including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark optimization, governance, and MLOps patterns
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time streaming architectures
- Develop architecture blueprints ensuring security, compliance, cost efficiency, reliability, and performance
- Lead requirement discovery and translate business needs into architectural designs
- Create HLDs, LLDs, data flow diagrams, and security reference architectures
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and guide engineering and DevOps teams
- Perform architecture assessments and recommend improvements
- Provide thought leadership to data engineering and analytics teams
- Establish best practices for coding, data governance, and infrastructure automation
- Act as technical SME for client conversations and presentations
