The Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on enhancing the reliability and performance of customer-facing digital banking services. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement of reliability, building automation and self-healing mechanisms, and leading performance engineering efforts, while utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software engineer with proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience in operating and improving production systems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud computing services.
• Ability to lead technically and influence stakeholders.
• Responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize service-level indicators and objectives.
• Build automation and self-healing mechanisms.
