Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Proven experience as a software engineer with proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience operating and improving production systems in site reliability engineering.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across services and infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud computing services.
• Familiarity with observability and reliability toolchains.
• Ability to lead technically and improve engineering standards.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
