Job summary
The License Sales Manager for DevOps & SecOps is responsible for managing customer relationships in the DevOps and SecOps environment, acting as a reliable contact in inside sales. Key responsibilities include coordinating inquiries, offers, and licensing topics related to AWS and GitLab, while collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit gutem Abschluss
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Servicegeschäft
- Interesse an IT, Software-Vertrieb sowie DevOps- und SecOps-Themen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau
- Englischkenntnisse mindestens B1/B2
Responsibilities
- Kunden im DevOps- und SecOps-Umfeld eigenständig betreuen
- Koordination und professionelle Nachverfolgung von Anfragen, Angeboten und Lizenzthemen
- Eng mit Herstellern, internen Sales- und Service-Teams sowie der PDU zusammenarbeiten
- Kundenbedarfe erkennen und Chancen für zusätzliche Services aktiv weiterentwickeln
- Vertriebsprozesse sauber dokumentieren
