LINUX & AWS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Job summary

As a Linux & AWS Systems Administrator at SATLANTIS, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and improving Linux systems in both on-premises and AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of AWS EC2, IAM, VPC, Security Groups, EBS, and S3.
• Experience with hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Good technical documentation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and technical English.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Linux systems and services across on-premises and AWS environments.
• Implement ISMS technical controls and approved hardening baselines.
• Manage users, permissions, privileged access, sudo, and SSH.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Bash automation scripts.
• Configure system monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Manage backups and perform restoration tests.
• Support technical response during security incidents.
• Maintain system inventories and technical documentation.
• Identify and escalate technical risks.
