Job summary

The Linux System Administrator operates and troubleshoots web, application, and database servers in Linux and Kubernetes environments while serving as a customer contact. The role handles incidents and service requests, prioritizes monitoring events, coordinates escalations to second- and third-level support, and carries out changes and rollouts. It also improves service desk documentation, tools, automation, and processes through recurring-incident analysis.

Qualifications

• Practical experience operating and administering Linux systems
• Basic knowledge of container technologies
• German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher
