Job summary
Seeking an experienced M365 Platform Engineer to support and enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services
- Design and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions
- Develop automations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Implement M365 security and compliance policies
- Troubleshoot technical issues across the M365 platform
- Collaborate with teams for project delivery and enhancements
- Monitor platform health and performance
- Support rollout of new M365 features
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies
