Job summary
The M365 Platform & Power Platform Engineer is responsible for the health and evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment and the governance of the Power Platform ecosystem, engineering core M365 services, ensuring platform reliability, and supporting automation and app development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform
- Familiarity with environment provisioning workflows
- Strong understanding of identity and conditional access
- Experience managing enterprise-scale tenants
- Ability to work across technical and business teams
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full M365 ecosystem
- Ensure platform reliability and availability
- Lead Tier-3 level engineering tasks
- Partner with cross-functional teams for service integrations
- Design, build, and maintain Power Platform environments
- Implement AI-enabled features
- Govern connectors and DLP policy alignment
- Collaborate with security and governance forums
- Build reusable frameworks and integrations
