Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

Job summary

This role involves leading a team focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, and service reliability, with an emphasis on enhancing DevOps, SRE, and AIOps practices. Key responsibilities include managing IAM cloud platform operations across AWS and GCP, implementing CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and ensuring the 24/7 availability of critical IAM services.

Qualifications

• People leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
• 5+ years deploying and supporting large-scale cloud applications in production
• 5+ years with infrastructure automation and DevOps tooling
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production
• Strong understanding of change management and SLA/uptime commitments
• Experience operating production systems at scale in AWS and/or GCP
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data stores
• Strong Linux/Windows fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Cloud/DevOps engineers
• Own end-to-end operations of the IAM cloud platform across AWS and GCP
• Drive modernization with cloud-native architectures
• Lead the design and governance of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation frameworks
• Lead adoption of AIOps to improve MTTR and reliability
• Ensure 24/7 availability of critical IAM services
• Collaborate with R&D, Security, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Service Desk
