Qualifications
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or related field
- Understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Experience with SLOs, SLIs, and incident response
- Ability to mentor and develop engineers
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD
- Ability to influence operational change
