The role involves leading a DevOps team responsible for designing, evolving, and operating tools and platforms that support application development, testing, and deployment. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring the reliability of CI/CD processes, and integrating security and cost management into the DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support team members in skill development and career growth
• Organize, coordinate, and prioritize team activities while managing the backlog for quality deliveries
• Foster team autonomy, promote continuous improvement, and assist in onboarding new members
• Participate in activity management through relevant indicators
• Define team priorities aligned with product team needs
• Ensure reliability of CI/CD processes
• Enhance tools and industrialization processes while promoting DevOps best practices
• Incorporate security, cost management (FinOps), and industrialization into the environment's evolution
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline, deployment tool, and build platform enhancements
• Support teams with build, deployment, and monitoring issues
• Assist the team with complex operational topics
