Job summary
This role helps clients modernise software delivery through DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and cloud engineering consulting. It combines technical leadership and hands-on problem solving, including engineering maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, reference architectures, and implementation support across the delivery lifecycle. Relevant technologies include Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering
- Experience in engineering strategy and transformation
- Knowledge of CI/CD implementation and automation
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with modern software delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of security-by-design approaches
- Experience with engineering governance, standards, and quality practices
- Technical leadership and team mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and automation strategies
- Assess engineering maturity and identify improvement opportunities
- Design transformation roadmaps and support continuous improvement
- Lead implementation of engineering practices, tools, and operating models
- Define standards, patterns, and reference architectures
- Support delivery from project mobilisation through deployment and adoption
- Mentor engineers and delivery teams
- Contribute to solution development, proposals, and client presentations
- Build relationships with technology and business stakeholders
