Job summary

The Manager of DevOps Engineering is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale CI/CD systems and infrastructure automation, providing technical leadership to a team of DevOps Engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Azure and AWS
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD best practices
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and reliability engineering
• Experience with observability tools and incident management
• Understanding of security controls and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own and scale enterprise-wide CI/CD pipelines
• Architect developer self-service platforms with Infrastructure-as-Code
• Implement role-based access controls across Kubernetes and cloud IAM
• Build extensible automation frameworks for workload management
• Evaluate and integrate next-generation CI/CD features
• Manage cloud-native infrastructure with a focus on resiliency and cost optimization
• Lead adoption of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
• Standardize configuration management using Terraform and ArgoCD
• Define and enforce Service Level Objectives and Agreements
• Establish observability practices through metrics and logging
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines
• Architect multi-region disaster recovery strategies
• Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team
