Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing infrastructure or cloud teams.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting secure and compliant production environments.
• Experience partnering with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams.
• Experience with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading remediation efforts from security assessments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Azure infrastructure and platform engineers.
• Establish team objectives and performance goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage team workload and project assignments.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding technical staff.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents and projects.
• Design and optimize enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments.
• Develop and maintain Azure governance frameworks and standards.
• Manage Azure subscriptions and role-based access controls.
• Ensure cloud platforms are highly available and secure.
• Support cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Develop operational procedures for Azure services.
• Support cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Design hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premises and Azure.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure supports business continuity requirements.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and access management platforms.
• Implement Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication.
