Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems operations
- Experience managing critical incident responses
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS preferred)
- Track record of delivering results through engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SREs
- Own execution across incident response
- Ensure high-quality post-incident reviews
- Implement and mature core SRE processes
- Refine engineering workflows
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership
- Track and report on key reliability and operational KPIs
