Job summary

The Marketing Cloud Engineer is responsible for overseeing and executing content for web communications, email marketing, and digital assets. Key responsibilities include administering the Marketing Cloud instance, developing automated data integrations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while collaborating with various departments to enhance digital engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• valid Florida driver's license
• knowledge of content development, information technology, site design, SEO, and web analytics
• five years of experience in digital communications; supervisory experience preferred
• strong knowledge of digital communications and social media platforms

Responsibilities

• oversee and execute content for web communications, email marketing, and digital assets
• administer UF Advancement’s Marketing Cloud instance
• develop, test, and implement Marketing Cloud solutions
• monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• build and maintain automated data integrations between Marketing Cloud and other platforms
• support administration of web presences, including CMS management and troubleshooting
• support web security initiatives across properties
