Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

Job summary

Mantle Web Development is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to build, maintain, and improve Microsoft-based solutions, focusing on Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
• Understanding of APIs and data handling, including JSON and XML.
• Ability to work across integrated systems and data flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and expand into Azure and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve solutions using Power Platform.
• Take ownership of defined components of larger solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across flows and applications.
• Work with external systems and APIs, handling data transformations.
• Support integration work between systems, ensuring data consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing systems.
• Contribute to solution design discussions.
• Support Azure-related work and develop skills in cloud services.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation.
