Job summary
The Gov*** (GDS) is seeking a Mid and Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their Platform Engineering team, focusing on Azure cloud platform and identity management systems.
Qualifications
- strong experience with cloud services and architecture in Microsoft Azure
- experience designing and implementing identity and access management systems using Entra ID
- Platform Engineering mindset
- preference for infrastructure-as-code and automation using Terraform
- experience with container orchestration systems
- experience supporting large production services
- proficiency in at least one programming language
- understanding of version control using Git
- experience creating pipelines in a CI/CD tool
- understanding of security principles
Responsibilities
- implement and support Azure cloud platform or Entra ID identity management system
- write infrastructure as code using Terraform
- deploy and configure observability tools
- build CI/CD pipelines
- provide day-to-day support for platforms and tools
- participate in on-call rotations
- solve complex problems
- share knowledge and expertise
