Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

Seeking an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience in infrastructure, cloud or systems engineering
• Exposure to Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with SQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange
• Exposure to scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python or Bash
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or similar technologies
• Exposure to .NET (C#) environments
• Understanding of IT security best practices
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain core infrastructure components
• Help maintain a secure and reliable environment
• Monitor system performance and capacity
• Maintain technical documentation and operational standards
• Contribute to infrastructure and cloud projects
• Assist with design and deployment of new infrastructure solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
