Mid-Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Kubernetes Platform

Job summary

Mid-Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for Kubernetes platform operations and improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and distributed systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Ability to write and maintain scripts (Python, Go, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Basic understanding of security and compliance concepts

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Kubernetes platform components
• Design and implement scalable platform features
• Improve automation and CI/CD workflows
• Monitor system health and respond to issues
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Support FedRAMP High / IL5 compliance efforts
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements
