Job summary
Mid-Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for Kubernetes platform operations, scalable feature implementation, and automation improvements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Hands-on with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Ability to write and maintain scripts (Python, Go, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Basic understanding of security and compliance concepts
Responsibilities
- Own and operate Kubernetes platform components, including deployment and maintenance
- Design and implement scalable platform features
- Improve automation, tooling, and CI/CD workflows
- Monitor system health and respond to issues
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Support FedRAMP High / IL5 compliance efforts
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
- Participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews
