Qualifications

• Completed training with IT relevance (e.g., IT specialist, IT-related commercial or assistant professions)
• Experience with relational databases (ideally MS SQL Server)
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for process automation
• Initial experience in CI/CD environments and with container technologies (GitLab, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Tanzu)
• Structured working method and good understanding of documentation and quality assurance
• Experience in error analysis and troubleshooting
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and high quality standards
• Fluent in German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and support software solutions on Windows and Linux servers
• Ensure stable application operations in production environments
• Deploy applications in Kubernetes environments (e.g., GitLab, ArgoCD, Tanzu)
• Develop and manage deployment processes
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Automate processes through scripting and programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, SQL)
• Monitor and oversee systems in real-time
• Conduct error analysis (3rd Level Support) and sustainable problem resolution
• Ensure documentation, quality, and processes
