Job summary

Mon*** is seeking an ML/AI Platform Engineer to build systems that support the training, evaluation, deployment, and serving of machine learning models. The role combines strong software engineering foundations with ML or AI context, focusing on creating tools and systems for internal teams.

Qualifications

  • combine solid backend engineering with ML or AI platform experience
  • design and operate distributed systems handling scale, concurrency, and failure
  • focus on developer experience and remove friction for internal teams

  • experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes
  • shape a growing platform in ambiguous situations
  • experience with strongly typed languages and backend software
  • understand production system behavior, including reliability and operational risk

Responsibilities

  • build systems for training, evaluating, deploying, and serving machine learning models and AI features
  • develop backend services, Python libraries, model lifecycle tooling, evaluation workflows, and low-latency serving systems
