Qualifications

• Experience in building or operating production systems focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Systems mindset with understanding of bottlenecks and resource usage.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, and automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed workloads in production.
• Strong coding skills in Python or similar languages.
• Judgment on automation leverage versus human control.
• Experience in building internal platforms or developer tooling.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments and ownership of technical problems.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve platform systems for model training, evaluation, and production serving.
• Build infrastructure and tooling for reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient ML workloads.
• Develop internal tools and workflows for human and agent operation.
• Work on architecture for model deployment and operation across environments.
• Improve scheduling, monitoring, and debugging of GPU and cloud workloads.
• Develop tools and systems to reduce operational overhead.
• Drive improvements in observability, automation, reliability, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to address pain points.
• Contribute to technical direction and make architectural tradeoffs.
