Job summary
Administers and improves on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure supporting critical systems and Microsoft Dynamics services. The role covers Windows Server and SQL Server maintenance, monitoring and security, backup and recovery, SQL performance tuning, patching, and technical documentation and reporting. The environment includes Azure, IIS, and Dynamics AX/FO, NAV/BC, and CRM/CE.

Qualifications
- Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- SQL Server installation, maintenance, backup, and performance-tuning knowledge.
- Experience configuring and maintaining IIS and web services for Dynamics CRM and NAV.
- Knowledge of installing and configuring AX, NAV, and CRM environments.
- Experience managing on-premises and hybrid Azure environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot services, connectivity, and performance.
- Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solution architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, network trace capture, and infrastructure management.
- Azure administration knowledge, including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, SQL Database, Monitor, Log Analytics, Backup, Site Recovery, and DevOps.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Professional English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Windows, SQL, and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
- Monitor the performance, communications, and security of critical on-premises and cloud systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain backup and recovery systems.
- Optimize SQL performance.
- Manage system updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with development, support, and project management teams.
- Document technical interventions.
- Create and automate periodic reports.
