Job summary
We are seeking a Mobile Platform Engineer to own and evolve the foundation of a Flutter mobile application for an educational technology company.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of several years delivering production-grade software
- Extensive, multi-year proficiency in developing and sustaining mobile applications
- Hands-on experience with mobile DevOps practices
- Genuine enthusiasm for harnessing artificial intelligence
- Drive to enhance internal development processes
- Outstanding analytical thinking and effective communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the mobile application's architectural integrity
- Develop and enhance shared components, libraries, and essential tools
- Champion and embed leading practices to cultivate an engineering culture
- Partner with the AI team to integrate advanced agentic and AI models
- Provide mentorship and guidance to emerging engineers
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration
- Pinpoint and alleviate performance issues
- Establish and promote comprehensive testing protocols
