Coo*** is seeking a Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to enhance their IT environment by managing and optimizing platforms like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Defender
• Understanding of virtualisation
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security practices
• Experience with firewall and switching technologies
• Experience managing Windows, iOS, and macOS environments
• Understanding of backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
• Exposure to M&A integrations or complex environments
• Exposure to Copilot and managing AI Agents

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Azure services
• Manage device policies and application deployment via Intune
• Improve performance, security, and user experience of workplace technologies
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environments
• Maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability
• Design and troubleshoot network environments
• Optimize firewall and switching technologies
• Ensure infrastructure security and efficiency
• Manage Windows, iOS, and macOS operating systems
• Maintain device compliance and patching standards
• Handle escalations from support team
• Support AI pilot projects and initiatives
• Develop automation and scripting solutions
• Streamline processes to reduce manual effort
• Implement security controls across endpoints and cloud platforms
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Integrate systems from acquired organizations
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Create and maintain documentation and procedures
