Job summary
The MongoDB Platform Engineer designs and operates production MongoDB architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, high availability, and security. The role also manages deployments on Linux virtual machines, automates infrastructure with Ansible or other infrastructure-as-code tools, and implements monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and operational documentation.

Qualifications
- More than three years of experience designing and deploying MongoDB in production.
- Experience with Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters, including maintenance and high availability.
- Strong Linux administration, storage, networking, and performance knowledge.
- Experience with MongoDB security, authentication, encryption, and access control.
- Experience with backup, restoration, monitoring, and automation strategies.
- MongoDB Enterprise, Ops Manager, Terraform, virtualization platforms, or experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare is advantageous.
Responsibilities
