• VLAN configuration and maintenance
• Switch/router/firewall configuration
• Threat and patch validation using test and reference network environment
• Hardware and firmware upgrades
• Hardware lifecycle management
• Backup and recovery of network devices
• Documentation and network diagrams
• Access control management
• Policy validation
• Remediation implementation in response to network issues
• Recommendation to NSA
• Change implementation in production environment
• Log in/log off activities for new systems and applications
• Use of distributed file storage and sharing
• Admin rights for specific applications
• Run book for service centre technical documentation
• Use of Metrix
