Job summary
The Network & Infrastructure Engineer at Legends Global is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the network and infrastructure at Olympia, ensuring high availability and security for event technology platforms and corporate infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Azure is advantageous.
- Experience in event venues or large public-facing environments is desirable.
- Relevant degree or industry certifications (e.g. CCNA/CCNP, ITIL).
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver network connectivity services for events.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support during events.
- Maintain corporate network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve issues.
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for incidents and service requests.
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks.
- Support cyber security initiatives.
- Contribute to infrastructure and networking projects.
- Recommend improvements to system performance and efficiency.
