Job summary
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability. Manage the full O365 suite and administer Microsoft Entra while participating in infrastructure-related projects and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Entra (Azure AD)
- Working knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure for security, scalability, and reliability
- Manage and support the full O365 suite
- Administer and secure Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Implement and maintain Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and M365 compliance/security policies
- Drive tenant configuration, license management, and service monitoring
- Participate in infrastructure-related projects from design to deployment
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices
